AI+ assistant

Ask instead of search.

It can do almost anything you can do in the suite — only faster. Ask it a question and see what comes back.

AI+ assistant

Which opportunity should I touch next?

  1. reads 28 open opportunities
  2. checks the latest activity per deal
  3. reads the BRAIT scores

Nordlicht — H2, negotiation, €199,600.

No activity for 16 days, and BRAIT sits at timing 1 — there is no compelling event. It is the largest deal in the negotiation stage; without a date it slips into next quarter.

What for

Questions you would otherwise build a report for.

Analysis without analysing

“How many open opportunities do I have, and how do they spread across the stages?” — “Which customers haven't heard from us in four weeks?” The assistant reads the data and answers in sentences, not in tables somebody still has to interpret.

Prioritising

The question of what to do next is the most common in sales and the worst supported. Anyone who knows every deal, its stage, its last activity and its BRAIT score can answer it — which is exactly what it does.

Building dashboards

Describe instead of assemble: it creates analyses and dashboards when you say what you want to see. That is the point where a chat window becomes a tool.

Creating workflows in the works

Describe a rule and have it built, rather than assembling it in the editor. This is being built right now — which is why it says so here instead of being sold as finished.

Limits

It only sees what you are allowed to see.

An assistant with access to all company data would be a permissions leak with a friendly interface.

  1. Permissions

    The same rights as you

The assistant works with your permissions, not its own. What you cannot open in the interface, it cannot read and cannot summarise. The limit is stated in its own empty state: “I only use what you're allowed to see.”

  2. Confirmation

    Writing only after your yes

Reading it does directly. Anything that changes something it puts in front of you first — you see what is about to happen and confirm it. No silent creating, no silent editing.

  3. Provenance

    Marked as AI

Under every answer it says that it was generated by AI and should be checked before acting on it. That is not fine print for cover — it is an honest description of what you are reading.

  4. Location

    Processed in the EU

Through a French provider by default. If your tenant is restricted to EU providers and none is available, the suite reports the feature as unavailable rather than quietly rerouting. More on that under data sovereignty.

Not to be confused

You already have AI features.

Every area of the suite has AI built in — included, not licensed separately, and switchable off entirely per tenant. Summaries, email drafts, enrichment from a call note.

The difference isn't quantity but kind: the included AI features do one job in one place. The AI+ assistant is a counterpart for the whole suite — which is why it is a licence of its own, per user.

What would you ask it first?

In the discovery call we show it on your questions — not on ours.
